Return & Exchange Policy
In general, you have 30 days from our shipment date to return an unused item for a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of the original shipping receipt along with a note indicating whether it is a return or an exchange and send to the following address:

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us. You may wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. All exchanges please include a check for any price difference or $5.00 for our return shipping costs back to you if the exchange is even in value. Please include a phone number if you wish us to contact you for authorization to charge your card for any price differential in an exchange. If your exchange is for a lower priced item, a credit will be issued to your account.

If all conditions are met for a return and/or exchange, there will be no restocking or other such fees. Please note that gift service and shipping costs are non-refundable, including the costs incurred for the free standard shipping.

The original tags must still be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Any item that has obviously be worn or otherwise used will be returned to you at your expense. All refunds will be applied by check from Nature Niche Inc.

Typographical Errors

Nature Niche Inc. /All Natural Baby reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nature Niche Inc. /All Natural Baby shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
