How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PAYPAL. These are all forms of secure payment. If you wish, you also may order by phone or fax if you prefer.

Does your site provide secure online ordering?
Absolutely! Your privacy and security are important to us. We have a secure site that uses an encryption method to scramble transmissions so that no one is able to decode it.

I live in England, can I still make a purchase?
Yes. Your shipping charges will be different because of your shipment going overseas. Please contact Us for the rates.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We will generally ship your order within 24-72hrs. The time it takes to reach you, however, will vary depending on your location and the item being shipped. Usually 7-10 days maximum. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in the shipping. You can also track your order by using our online order tracking facility. Simple type your order number into our tracking system and you can instantly see the status of your order.

Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
It depends on what you are ordering. UPS only delivers to physical addresses. Most of the products are being shipped directly to you from the manufacturer by UPS. However, we do carry some inventory of Nature's Baby, Herban Essentials and Pangea Organics. We can ship USPS for those products if you like. And if you really want the product, we can have it shipped to us and then out to you from here, if you are willing to cover the shipping cost to us.

How much is shipping?
Please visit our Shipping and Returns. policy page. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $125 or more.

What if I don't like the product I ordered?
We guarantee all products on our site. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and send it back. Please read our return policies.

Are you planning to add more products?
Yes. We are currently adding new products monthly. All Natural Baby will limit the amount of suppliers and products so that it does not get complicated for you to navigate around the site or to find the products you would like to order.

What type of products are you planning to add?
In the next two months, we will add an amazing juicer/baby food maker/peanut butter/pasta/and more maker that is a great price and amazing quality.Ikove Body and Hair Care will be added by October. Original natural remedies by Dr. Steve Nenninger for colic, teething and others. Possibly toothpaste, a men's line, organic mattresses and natural makeup, if we can find one that meets our standards.

I ordered several products and they came separately. Why?
To keep costs down and to offer you the highest quality products out there. We have not found the best products in one place. Our suppliers have been gracious to ship directly, cutting overhead down for All Natural Baby, meaning we can offer you competitive pricing. If you have ordered a shampoo and a gallon of all purpose cleaner, they will come directly from two different suppliers. So please be patient. This is the way we have found to offer you the best of both worlds.

What is the difference between ALL NATURAL AND 100% NATURAL products?
ALL NATURAL products only need to contain 70% natural ingredients. 100% NATURAL products are just that, 100% natural.

Who is Nature's Baby?
Nature's Baby was created by a mother of two who was dealing with skin problems of one of her children. She couldn't find a 100% natural product out there that met her standards or even smelled appealing, so she decided to create a line of products for her children that other parents could use on their infants. The company is around three years young, growing and breaking new ground with pheonomenal, quality products.

Why does the shampoo & body wash seem so expensive?
It actually is in the middle as far as pricing goes. Natural ingredients are more expensive and harder to come by then the chemicals used in so many products. We have found bottles of 4oz priced at $6.00 or more to an 8oz bottle priced at $21.00. And not all were 100% natural. Nature's Baby Shampoo & Body Wash is truly 100% natural. Be sure to look at the size of bottles when you are comparing. This bottle is double the size of an ordinary baby shampoo at 16oz large. Less waste and you don't have to order as often which leads to less shipping.

How long is the shelf life of Nature's Baby Products?
The shelf life is between 1 1/2 years to 2. Some things that affect the shelf life would be, extreme heat, if it is left in the sun, if the tops are taken off of the air tight bottle of shampoo or conditioner.

How long does the shampoo & body wash and conditioner last?
My family of three uses the shampoo & body wash liberally every day and it last us more than two months. The conditioner a little longer.

What are the different uses for the shampoo & body wash?
The shampoo & body wash can be used for washing your hair, shaving, burns and rashes, it has helped eczema, dry skin and I'm sure I am missing some. Get creative and send us an email with what you use it for.

What are the different uses for the Diaper Pail Deodorizer?
Again, get creative. Don't be scared to used it everywhere there is a stink or unwanted odor. It is safe for people to be around. It is 100% natural and I might add a very unique product. I've heard it being used on a smelly cigar smoked shirt, saving the drycleaning costs. Ordinary garbage pails, outside garbage pails, car carpet and seats, cat urine cheese compartments in the fridge, bird cages, cat litter boxes and a freezer burned ice pack just to name a few.

Will there be new products coming out?
Yes. Nature's Baby is actively researching new products all the time. Next in line, hopefully by spring, will be a sunscreen, sunscreen lotion, hair detangler and hair freshener.
