If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may place a telephone order or fax order instead. Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm Pacific Standard Time. If you call during non-business hours, please leave a message so that we may promptly call you back during regular hours.

At All Natural Baby, we value your privacy just as much as you do. We believe that trusting us with your information is an honor and we will do everything possible to protect it. Your information will never be sold or shared outside All Natural Baby with the exception of the shipping companies necessary to fulfill your order. To assure your privacy, we offer you a safe and secure online experience.

Where We Ship
We ship all products we carry throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Orders can be shipped to P.O Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. Due to the nature of customs, please contact us regarding orders to Canada. At the present moment we do not ship overseas, however we would be happy to assist you in finding a retail outlet overseas that carries the products we carry, if it is at all possible.

How We Ship
Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS). We have chosen UPS as our primary delivery service for its prompt, dependable ground service and air delivery services.
Please contact us about Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air if an order is to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
We may choose the U.S. Postal Service as an option for shipping to these states.
Orders are shipped to P.O Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service.

Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 48 hours or less and you will a receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped. Depending on where the order is being shipped, you should receive your shipment between two and five days after processing. An “Out of Stock Item” is shipped as soon as it is available at no extra cost to you. We will notify you via email of any delay greater than 2 weeks.

Shipping Rates
Rates are subject to change. With fuel surcharges going up and taxes fluctuating, we do our best to be fair with our rates. If we find that you have been drastically overcharged, we will send you a partial shipping refund or credit towards your next purchase.

We offer UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Shipping. If this is not satisfactory to you, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with the option that you  request.
Rates are of real time for UPS Ground.   UPS 3 day is calculated in real time. The rates tend to be off by $2.00, so there has been a handling fee added to compensate We automatically insure all packages.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $125 OR MORE.

Sales Tax
A Sales Tax of 6.75% will be added to orders originating in NORTH CAROLINA State ONLY.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your AllNaturalBaby.com purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Depends on the nature of the return, there may be a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

Returns
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied if returned for reasons other than our error, or faulty product.
Within 10 days of original delivery date: Full refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
Eleven to thirty days from original delivery date: Store credit.
After 30 days from original delivery date: Unless you have contacted us before the 30 days have passed, the sale is final.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept returns on used items. Returns received after 30 days from original delivery date without prior authorization will not be accepted and can be reclaimed at customer expense. All items not reclaimed within 10 days of our email notification of refusal will be discarded.
All refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Please include the following information when returning your purchase for a refund or exchange.

1. Your name and order number or a copy of your packing slip
2. Product name or number or copy of your packing slip and reason for return
3. Type of return (Refund, Exchange or Store Credit)

Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Send package back via USPS, UPS, or similar service. (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)
